Trying to get more interest in your venue? Here's our top 3 tips.

During the winter months, it's common to have a decline in bookings for your sports facilities. We've compiled our top 3 tips for increasing the visibility of your venue so you can stay booked and busy in the new year.

  1. Make sure your website is easy to use and indexed with Google. The first step to getting your venue noticed is to have an easy to use website that's optimized for search engines (like Google). You can create a user-friendly website with a platform like Wix or Squarespace. Then, make sure to connect your website to Google to make sure your venue shows up in search results. Here are a few tips for getting your site set up on Google.

  2. Take great photos and videos of your venue. A picture truly tells a thousand words... and a video tells even more! Help potential customers visualize themselves at your venue by getting high quality photos and videos of your facilities. Prominently display these on your website, online booking page, and social media accounts. We recommend posting regularly to Instagram and Facebook, sharing photos and videos of your facilities, sharing updates, and communicating special offers and promotions. Try to post at least 3-5 times per week to keep your audience engaged!

  3. Make sure your booking page is prominently displayed on your website. Make it easy for potential customers to book your sports facilities by prominently displaying your online booking page on your website. We recommend placing a "Book Now" button on your website that links to your public calendar. A great place to put this button is in the top corner of your homepage and throughout the text of any pages that refer to your sports facilities. Check out an example below 👇
